Day 2 and 3, July 5 and 6th, weight somewhere between 311 and 318
Good day folks. I had planned to do this blog earlier, but I've been at work for the past 2 days and it's been quite the weekend. I'm proud to say that i've gotten my 7k steps the past 2 days and have no eaten in the middle of the night. So here's to finishing the 92 days and getting that powerlifting, 180lb body. Keep drinking that water and protein, and eat for fuel, not simply for the pleasure. Happy summer!!
P. S. I did try to weigh myself at work but the floor is a bit wonky so it'll be more accurate once at home or in the gym.
