Days 4 and 5 weight 316.6

Good morning. With all the stressing I've been going through, I'm happy to say I'm still losing weight. Yesterday I completed 7k steps, yet again, and this morning, July 8, was able to do my mini workout. I feel I may have forgotten something, but I did 25 kettlebell, 10 oblique kettlebell lifts, 10 leg lifts, and 10 full range crunches with pillow behind back. Took my fat burner and joint med. I hve 1 liter of water with raspberry tea power, and I have a 600ml bottle of protein mix and almond milk. So far I've drank the liter down and ate 2 hamburgers and a chicken leg. Will eat some watermelon while we watch Apothecary diaries. My goal in the next week or so is to attach pictures. Also, my goal is to start working as a nurse before next friday (highly overrated to not happen). I am to test either this week or next week for my license.
