Day 1 July 4 Weight 321

Good morning. Today will the first on a journey to getting down by my birthday, which is october 4. I just finished nursing school (LPN) and am waiting to take the licensing test (NCLEX). If interested, i'll be sending info to my discord hopefully about nursing notes by next week and will post it here...somewhere. My highest weight is 330 and my lowest weight I got to a few years ago was 214, so according to my mom, I was skinny. Covid and life definitely got in the way and stuff beyond my control. Even now, without really going into it, my car was taken a week before I finished nursing school, so I kinda don't have a lot of compassion for life right now. I'me irritated all the damn time and depressed about stuff. However, I did get hired on the spot for a nursing job yesterday at the pay I wanted GIVEN I pass the nclex. So here's to studying today. Here's how my schedule is to go, if I do and don't go to the gym: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10 leg lifts, 10 situps with pillow underneath for full range, and 10 30lb kettlebell rows each side 7000 steps (if at gym, add rope pulls for 2 minutes, 10 seated rows, and 10 deadlifts) Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 25 kettlebell swings, 5 ass squat ground lifts, and 10 kettlebell obliques each side (if at gym, add jumps for 1 minute, 10 flat bench, switch out squat ground lifts for 10 40lb squats, and 20lb each arm bicep routine) Intake: 1 liter of cucumber and lemon water my cannister of protein mix (it's a 21 ounce/620 mL Columbia thermos) one main meal consisting of a base (starch), a meat and vegetables Throughout the day: 2 fruits of choice and a sweet of choice (don't go overboard) Supplements: protein mix glucosamine for joints fish oil for heart b vitamins (for a lot) iron for anemia magnesium for depression, concentration, anxiety Sea moss with bladderwrack for thyroid and immunity Kaya Oxy burn thermogenic for suppressing appetite and fat burning Probiotics (need to re-add) for health gut biome To make sure I'm being honest, I struggle with binging, eating when depressed and happy, but I don't vomit or cause myself to throw up. I have used laxatives and enemas simply because it's easier for me to be constipated but also, so I can weigh myself in the morning on an empty stomach and empty bowels, however, if I'm ready to go to the bathroom when I wake up, I don't take anything (i hate laxatives). I think i've covered all my bases. I really want to lose the weight before having my first child and so I can cosplay all my goal cosplays and so I can finally FINALLY buy all the goth clothes I've been wanting to buy since I was a teenager. I would like to also, eventually, do a powerlift meet and get back into kickboxing. Goals for powerlifting are 200 bench, 250 squat, and 300 deadlift. If I can get to that, i'll be satisfied...maybe i'll be an olympic lifter, I don't know, but am highly motivated to get back into lifting and do some new stuff like olympic clean and jerk. Technically the goal, depending on who you listen to, is to take the amount of protein representing your goal weight. It's hard to do that right now but I will try to aim for about 100 to 140 grams protein, and work my way up to 180. If possible, track calories to be at 1600 and lower.
